I honestly do wish I could tell you that I know what that fic is! I’ve never heard of it or read it, sadly. :( Have you tried sending this message to thelarrylibrary? They’ve got just about every fic there is categorized and everything there, and I’m sure if anyone knows what it is, it’ll be them! (And if you find it, send it to me, because I’d love to read it!)
